Lionsgate Empowerment Retreats are a deeply personal experience for an intimate group of no more than 20 people. While we gather collectively, the focus is entirely on YOU.

Throughout the Retreat, you’ll experience moments of reflection, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. You’ll have time to wander the peaceful grounds of Heartwood Farm, a 102 - acre sanctuary nestled along the Wilson River in Federal, Byron Bay Hinterland - allowing nature’s beauty to support your journey.

After a career spanning over 35 years in the fitness industry, Colleen courageously walked away from the corporate world, marking a profound turning point. Her journey took an unexpected twist when, at a dark precipice, a powerful out-of-body experience triggered a life-altering shift. 

Emerging from this pivotal moment, Colleen embraced entrepreneurship, dedicating herself to coaching and mentoring globally from her home on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Colleen's story is one of triumph over adversity, filled with a genuine passion for empowering others. As a consciousness life and business coach, she intertwines her expertise in reiki, psyche and crystals - with a commitment to authenticity, inspiring women to stand in their power and intuitively manifest a harmonious and abundant life.

She specialises in breathwork, visualisation techniques, and nervous system regulation to create a sense of safety within the body, optimize health, and help you realise your greatest dreams and desires.

Sound Healing Practitioner

Annie is a highly qualified Sound Healing practitioner, musician, and singer/songwriter with over 20 years of experience leading workshops in singing and sound across Australia and internationally. From 2012 to 2016, she worked as a Sound Healing Visiting Practitioner at the renowned 5-star Kamalaya Spa and Wellness Centre in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Holding two diplomas in Sound Healing from the International Sound Healing Academy in the UK, Annie now runs a flourishing practice, Lakshmi Sound Healing, in the Byron Shire, NSW. She also serves as the Global Lead in Education Training for the International Sound Healing Academy.

Annie’s sound vibrational healing integrates a wide range of instruments, including Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, gongs, osteo tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and the voice. By using toning and mantras, her sessions promote balance, relaxation, stress reduction, trauma recovery, vitality, enhanced creativity, better sleep, and overall well-being.

She have always been aware of the connections and immense energies of the earth. Linda’s belief is humanity is connected, and we can harness and connect to healing energies.

Passionate about personal growth, mindfulness, and emotional well-being Linda loves the power of kindness, deep conversations, and authentic relationships. When not offering a listening ear or a supportive presence, Linda immerses herself in nature and feels the earth’s natural vibrations or recharge in peaceful solitude.

Fe has always been intrigued in movement, which led her first to travel, then to teaching, then to yoga, and finally to being a more conscious human being. Fe’s curiosity has always pushed her to explore new places, new ways and new approaches to a healthy mind and body, which led her to pursue multiple yoga certifications; first Hatha Yoga, then Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, and ultimately Purna Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Remedial Yoga. 

Fe has been teaching and studying health, fitness and yoga for over a decade with a fundamental interest in body movement, learning the ins and outs of yoga asana from a different perspective that helps her put a lot of the pieces together when it comes to the complexity of the human body and mind.

Martyn's passion for food ignited when he was just 10 years old. By chance, he had the opportunity to taste the culinary creations of one of Australia's top chefs, who happened to be the father of a schoolmate. The captivating flavours and aromas left a lasting impression on him, inspiring his desire to become a cook.​

At 15, Martyn commenced his culinary journey at Il Centro Restaurant, located in the heart of Brisbane's Riverside CBD. This bustling establishment specialized in exquisite Italian cuisine served in an elegant setting. It was here that Martyn honed his culinary skills, which eventually led him to a prestigious two Michelin star kitchen in the south of France. This experience exposed him to exceptional ingredients and a genuine farm-to-table ethos, fuelling his passion for the industry and a commitment to using local produce.​

Upon returning to Australia, Martyn joined the esteemed Stokehouse restaurant in Melbourne, aligning with its dedication to quality cooking and ingredients. This period marked significant growth in his culinary development.​

Martyn's journey then took him back to Brisbane, where he played a pivotal role in the launch of The Wolfe, a charming restaurant in East Brisbane. Within a year, Martyn's leadership earned the establishment a coveted hat in the good food guide. The dynamic environment, marked by monthly menu changes, fostered boundless creative exploration.​

Eventually, Martyn realised his dream of moving to Byron Bay, embracing the lifestyle he had long envisioned. His latest endeavour, Loft Byron Bay, showcased his talents as the Executive Chef, overseeing an expansive menu for the spacious restaurant on Jonson Street.​

Driven by his love for fine dining, Martyn transitioned to private dining, a platform that allows him to showcase his culinary artistry while patrons enjoy memorable days and evenings with loved ones.

There’s no need to rush off - you are welcome to wander down to the river, take a refreshing dip in the plunge pool, or simply sit in quiet reflection. This is your time to reconnect and ground yourself.
You are free to leave when it feels right for you, allowing the healing energies to fully integrate before heading back to your home or accommodation.
